Upgrade default management pack

I have currently migrated my entire environment to R2. All mgmt packs are on
the 6.1.7221.0 build, however the default mgmt pack is listed at 6.0.6278.0.
When I try to download the 7221, only 7553 is available. 1) When I update
mgmt packs can I just skip versions? I assume if so then if I install 7553,
then 7221 will be included. If not then where can I download the 7221
default management pack? I have looked everywhere and cannot find it.

Are you talking about 'Microsoft.SystemCenter.OperationsManager.DefaultUser'
Management Pack ?. also i will like to know from where you are trying to
download this managment pack from and not finding it.
